DARYL V. CRAFT, President and CEO: Daryl has 25 years of trust, investment and banking experience. He is the co-founder of GTRUST and has served as President and CEO since its inception. He is a graduate of Ft. Hays State University , Washburn University School of Law and the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University in Evanston , Illinois , earning the prestigious Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. He is the Past President and current legislative Chairman of the Kansas Bankers Association Trust Division and the Past President of the Association of Independent Trust Companies. He is also past chairman of the Trust School at the Kansas Nebraska Schools of Banking and an instructor at the school. Daryl is active in the community and has served on many civic and professional boards. He has authored or co-authored several trust statutes and regulations and is the author of the Model Trust Company Act.

STEPHEN R. PAGE, Executive Vice President: Steve has worked in trust management for more than thirty years. He is a past President of the Kansas Bankers Association Trust Division and has been an instructor at numerous community and professional programs on investments and estate planning. Steve has served many community organizations including the United Way , Stormont-Vail Hospital Foundation and the Sheltered Living Foundation. He is a Trustee Emeritus of the Washburn University Endowment Association and a member of the Topeka Estate Planning Council. Steve is an honors graduate of Washburn University and Washburn University School of Law.

STEPHEN C. FUNK, Senior Vice President: Steve is one of the original directors of GTRUST. Prior to joining the GTRUST team, he was President of the Walnut Valley Bank & Trust and President and CEO of Commerce Bank of El Dorado. Steve is a graduate of Wichita State University, Washburn University School of Law and the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. He is a past president of the Kansas Bankers Association Trust Division, Butler County Bar Association, USD 490 Board of Education, El Dorado, Inc., El Dorado United Way. He served two terms as President of the Butler Community College Foundation. He has been Chairman of the El Dorado Community Development Organization. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Orpheum Performing Arts Centre, Ltd. He is currently serving as Treasurer of El Dorado, Inc. He was recently admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. He is also a member of the 2008 class of Leadership Kansas.

RICHARD C. SALMEN, Senior Vice President and Senior Advisor: Richard graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and was a graduate business scholar while receiving a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Kansas.

Richard is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) who manages the fee-only advisory practice at GTRUST. The CFA Institute Board of Governors awarded him the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter and the Institute of Certified Bankers conferred upon Richard the designation of Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA). He is an Enrolled Agent (EA).

In 2006, he began a three-year term as a member of the National Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Association (FPA) based in Denver, Colorado, and has served on the Chapter Leadership Resource Council (CLRC) of the FPA. The FPA national board of directors elected Richard to the FPA Executive Committee in November 2007. In this capacity he will serve as FPA national president-elect in 2008, national president in 2009 and chairman of the board in 2010. He further serves on the advisory board for the Kansas State University financial planning degree program.

SAMANTHA J. KOPEK, Vice President and Senior Advisor: Samantha received her degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas in Lawrence. She is a graduate of the KU-WSU Mini MBA Program and the Kansas Nebraska School of Financial Services. In addition to being a CFP® certificant, she holds the Enrolled Agent designation awarded by the IRS. Samantha will serve on the 2008 Board of Directors for the Kansas City chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) as the Director of Programs. She also is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). Samantha current serves as a member of the Schools of Banking Advisory Trust Committee. Samantha is involved in her community by being a member of the PTA at John Diemer Elementary and a Girl Scout troop leader. Samantha's employment in financial services dates back to 1996 and includes positions in banking, accounting, tax preparation and planning, financial planning and trust administration.

BOB SCHMIDT, Vice President: Bob has spent nearly 30 years in the banking industry. He is a graduate of Emporia State University , the Business Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin , Madison , and the Banking National Compliance School at the University of Oklahoma , Norman . He is past treasurer and board member for the Osage City Library Foundation, and has also served as treasurer and president of the Osage City Kiwanis Club. Bob is a former member of the Osage City United Way and has served on a number of church boards.

MARYANN ADAMS, Vice President/Senior Trust Officer: MaryAnn joined GTRUST in April, 2007. She has over 25 years experience in trust administration. She has managed three bank trust departments.

MaryAnn received paralegal certification from Rockhurst University after having spent three years at Kansas University and the Johnson County Community College.

She is currently a member of the Eastern Kansas Estate Planning Society and formerly served as President of a statewide legal assistant organization. Her volunteer work has included a position as Johnson County Park Board Commissioner and she has served on the Advisory Boards to the Avila College and the Johnson County Community College Paralegal Programs.

FLORA BELLUOMINI, Vice President (Overland Park): Flora completed her Business Administration degree at Ottawa University and is a graduate of the National Employee Benefit Trust School at Northwestern University. She has spent nearly 20 years providing financial services in the Kansas City area with extensive experience in banking, investments, and Trust administration. Flora is currently working on her Certified Retirement Plan Services designation. She currently serves as Treasurer for the Shawnee Mission Pilot Club, an international non-profit organization whose focus is the prevention of brain injury.

DARVIN C. HAWLEY, Vice Chairman: Darvin has spent more than 40 years in the banking industry. He is a graduate of Washburn University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin , Madison . Additionally, he has served as Vice President for University Advancement at Washburn University , and has served on numerous corporate and civic boards including the American Heart Association, United Way, Kansas Bankers Association, The American Home Life Insurance Company, Topeka Foundry and Iron Works, Washburn Endowment Association and the Washburn Alumni Association.

JULIE SMITH , Trust Officer: Julie joined GTRUST in 2005 as Assistant Trust Officer for the office in Larned. She has 25 years in the banking industry, including 11 in the Trust Division. She is a graduate of Hutchinson Junior College and attended Fort Hays State University . Julie is also a graduate of both the Kansas Nebraska School of Trust and Financial Services and Advanced Trust School . She attends the Kansas Bankers Association Trust Conferences annually as a means to continue her education in the banking industry. Julie is very proud of her family and is active in her community. She is a past member of the Larned Country Club Board of Directors and currently serves as Secretary of the Larned Ladies' Golf Association.

DEBBY COWAN, Trust Operations Officer: Debby has more than 25 years in the financial services industry. She is a graduate of the Kansas Nebraska School of Trust and Financial Services and Advanced Trust School . She participates in numerous other financial services educational presentations and professional conferences on an annual basis. She is the volunteer Health Awareness Chairman for the Women of the Moose. Debby joined GTRUST in 1996 and is responsible for all operations in the Topeka, Overland Park, Wichita and Larned offices.
