Privacy Practices
Visitors to GTRUST’s web site remain anonymous. We do not collect identifying information
about visitors to our site. We may use standard software to collect non-identifying
information about our visitors, such as:
- Date and time our site was accessed
- IP address (a numeric address given to servers connected to the Internet)
- Web browser used
- City, state, and country
GTRUST uses this information to create summary statistics and to determine the level of interest
in specific areas of our site.
Visitors may elect to provide us with personal information via e-mail or online registration
forms. This information is used internally, as appropriate, to handle the sender’s request.
Access to this information is strictly controlled and limited within GTRUST. It is not disseminated
or sold to other organizations.

Privacy Policy Notice – Purpose of this Notice
The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) generally prohibits any financial institution, directly
or through its affiliates, from sharing nonpublic personal information about you with a non-
affiliated party unless the institution provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and
practices, such as the type of information that it collects about you and the categories of
persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. In compliance with the GLBA, we are
providing you with this document, which notifies you of the privacy policies and practices of
the GTRUST Financial Partners.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to our privacy policy, or the breach
thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American
Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s)
may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
